| Follow @heapAmit Pandya has spent the past several years building recruiting teams and hiring hundreds in hyper growth companies from Medallia to Couchbase, and now at Heap, where he is the Senior Director, Head of Talent.
Prior to his transition to tech, he spent a little over a decade as a corporate attorney, mediator and executive coach. Throughout all of this, he has built upon skills surrounding a singular passion: talent development. What drives him is finding opportunities and creating ways by which individuals can excel. He lives for moments when people say, “I love what I do and I’m amazing at it.”
Amit received his BA from the University of Michigan in 2001 and his JD from Columbia Law School in 2005. He currently lives in New York City, surrounded by his chosen family.
