Deborah Gelch joined the Curry community in August 2017. For more than 25 years, Deborah has been a long-term driver of the use of information systems, innovative processes, and collaborations to catalyze the growth of businesses and higher education institutions. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and network and systems. As the Chief Information Officer, Deborah has a passion and vision for furthering the mission of the College with technology as the lever. Her deep connection to private, liberal arts-based institutions is a direct result of her experiences at her alma mater, Wellesley College.
Prior to joining Curry College, Deborah developed a unique IT shared services organization supporting five institutions, including Lasell College, Pine Manor College, and Lasell Village. She has served on several boards for local non-profit organizations and is currently a member of the Ambassador's Circle for the Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, Mass.
