Lizzie Burton is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of People & Culture at Snow Software. She is responsible for developing and overseeing Snow’s global people strategy, cultivating and enhancing employee experience, and enabling the retention and recruitment of top talent. Burton joined Snow in 2019 where she has overseen critical initiatives including the development of a global HR and business operating model, design and launch of new global performance management platform and tools, people data-driven dashboards and programs to increase engagement and retention.
Prior to Snow, she served in senior HR and operational leadership roles at global and regional organizations including Vodafone Group (NASDAQ: VOD), Qantas Airways Limited (OTCMKTS: QABSY), Television New Zealand Ltd, and Ansett New Zealand. Burton studied at Massey University in New Zealand.
