Ken has a B.Sc. and a Graduate Diploma in Business from Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada. Hired by IBM Canada as a large systems engineer, Ken moved to the search business with Source Services in 1982 where he managed an IT branch office in Toronto and later relocated to the company's Atlanta office in 1994. Ken trained Ed in search at Source Services before becoming a Partner with Magellan Partners and then joining Ed at Berkshire in August 2006.
