Rose Manjarres is Senior Vice President and Head of Information Technology at ATW. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Digital & Technology at CBRE and was responsible for the support and delivery of CBRE’s global Marketing and Research applications portfolio. She was also responsible for leading the agile transformation for the Digital & Tech organization globally.
Ms. Manjarres joined CBRE in April 2012 as Vice President, Information Technology responsible for PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, and JDE applications support and delivery. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2014.
Ms. Manjarres is a results driven professional with over 25 years of experience leading large scale, multi-site software development, delivery and support organizations. She possesses a diverse background leading multifaceted complex international projects, managing all phases of the software development lifecycle, and leading global teams to deliver mission critical Enterprise Applications.
Prior to CBRE, Ms. Manjarres was employed with Perot Systems Corporation (later acquired by Dell Corporation) for 17 years. The first 15 years were spent in IT supporting, developing and managing Dell's internal PeopleSoft and Microsoft application development teams with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance. Over the remaining two years, she focused on building and leading Dell’s PeopleSoft and Business Intelligence Global Applications Management Outsourcing practice, growing the practice to include service offerings around PeopleSoft Higher Education and further expanding Dell’s capabilities around Oracle’s BI products. She began her career as a Programmer Analyst at Adistra Corporation in 1988 and later joined Electronic Data Systems as a Systems Engineer in 1989 where she was with the company for six years prior to joining Perot Systems Corporation.
