Usman Waheed is Chief Information & Technology Officer at Knoll, where he is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology, including digital business transformation, IT operations and cybersecurity. Prior to stepping into the CIO role in 2018, Waheed served as Knoll's vice president of Business Transformation. Previously, he was the Head of Business Transformation at Iron Mountain, where his teams led B2C/B2B digital transformation, REIT conversion, enabling shared services, and M&A integrations. Earlier in his career as a managing consultant, Waheed led digital business transformation in multi-national companies across several industries. An active member of InspireCIO, Waheed serves as the awards chairman for the Philadelphia CIO of the Year Awards.
